Cammo Tower

Cammo Tower is a striking 4 storey round tower topped with a parapet, built in tte early 19th century to supply water to nearby Cammo House and to act as a focal point for one of Scotland’s earliest landscape gardens.

The remains of a late 11th or early 12th century motte and bailey castle with three baileys! As far as we know the castle was occupied until the Black Death, which seems to have decimated the population of the castle and nearby village of Cainhoe.

Oman Air flies into Jakarta for new route
